Barbara has been a qualified social worker since 2003. Before her social worker degree, she worked for six years as a nursery manager. Barbara also worked as a therapeutic social worker and believes that these transferable skills have allowed her to find her vocation within the fostering field. She understands that fostering can be both rewarding and challenging and endeavors to give all of our foster carers the best support possible alongside a listening ear.
