Our mission is to create brighter futures for children and young people. We do this by providing fostering, residential and support services where children and young people can feel safe and cared for. We support them to make positive relationships which give them the confidence to succeed.
Generous supporters donated an amazing £16,000 this year to St Christopher’s Christmas appeal, helping our charity to provide supportive environments for children and young people in care.
Our Christmas appeal, launched at the end of November, focused on the places and support we provide for young people so that they feel able to take on the challenges and enjoy the opportunities of life.
Staff and young people at St Christopher’s do so much to build relationships together and help create nurturing environments where young people receive support in the areas that are important to them. Young people have told us they would like help getting into work and our staff are able to provide the support they need in these areas by building relationships with them in our homes.
We are hugely grateful to our donors, whose generous gifts help us to continue providing these supportive environments to children and young people. Thank you as well to staff and young people across St Christopher’s who helped make this appeal a success!
