- Young people stay with us longer across both our residential and fostering settings
- Our planned placement moves are 86%, compared to the national average of 56%
Phil Townsend– Director of Operations (UK) adds..
“It was great that the assessor’s report recognised that”…
Managers and front-line staff are constantly seeking feedback from the children and young people to address needs and preferences.
…”As this affirms our belief that the young people we care for are experts in themselves, which in turn informs our practice and service delivery for them.”
