Our mission is to create brighter futures for children and young people. We do this by providing fostering, residential and support services where children and young people can feel safe and cared for. We support them to make positive relationships which give them the confidence to succeed.
The Get into Work Pilot Project has been setup for the UK services following the success from the IOM Support into Employment service.
The Aim & Objectives of the Get into work UK services is to provide a specialised Outreach Service across St Christophers Homes giving young people opportunities into employment, work Experience and Employability skills to help them succeed in the future.
We have built a number of relationships with organisations keen to support our young people. These include known organisations that work in Hospitality, Healthcare, Autotrade and key Universities offering vocational courses.
